Organizations today are navigating profound shifts

Work is evolving at an unprecedented pace, creating new opportunities to rethink how organizations operate and grow. AI is reshaping how work gets done, and the workforce that powers it is evolving just as quickly—calling for new operating models, stronger leadership capabilities, and more inclusive workplaces. I help clients connect strategy to operational reality and translate it into sustainable execution. Because change should unlock growth, not create instability.

I typically support clients in three ways:

1

Business
Consulting

  • The only constant in today’s world is change—happening at an unprecedented pace. Advances in AI, shifting economic forces, and broader macro trends are reshaping how organizations operate and redefining the future of work. Even the most resilient leaders can struggle to translate strategy into ways of working that teams can execute, and into structures that enable both growth and margin.

    • How do we design operating models that enable efficient service delivery, integrate technology, and scale with the business?

    • How do we move from AI overload to purposeful AI that improves how work gets done across our organization?

    • How do we align leaders, teams, and entities around a shared vision?

    • How do we align systems, structures, and ways of working to improve margin while supporting sustainable growth?

2

Leadership Development

  • Pause and reflection. While the world moves at an insane speed around us, it’s important to recognize and lean into your own values and strengths to steer the ship, even when the course is not fully known. This is where grounded leadership matters most.

Burnout, ambiguity, fatigue- it’s all part of what I help my clients navigate, particularly coaching them with intention through AI disruption.

Through 1:1 executive coaching and leadership development, I support my clients in building the clarity and resilience needed especially during moments of transition, uncertainty, and personal complexity, including women navigating leadership while balancing care journeys.

    • How do I lead with clarity and confidence when the path ahead is unclear?

    • How do I integrate my career trajectory with the demands of care needs outside of work?

    • How do I sustain ambition and performance without burn out?

    • How do I lead my teams with confidence when everyone is figuring out how to co-work with AI agents?

Neurodiversity at work

  • An estimated 15–20% of the global population is neurodivergent, including individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences. Yet workplaces are rarely designed with cognitive diversity in mind. Neurodivergent adults face unemployment rates as high as 30–40%, despite many possessing highly valuable strengths.

My perspective on this work is both professional and personal. As a leader and a parent raising a child with special needs, I’ve seen firsthand how environments that recognize different ways of thinking can unlock potential—for individuals, teams, and organizations.

The opportunity—and the challenge—for leaders is not simply awareness. It is designing workplaces, leadership practices, and team environments where different ways of thinking can truly contribute and thrive.

    • How do we move from being neurodiversity aware to practical inclusion in how we hire and how work gets done?

    • How can leaders and managers better support different cognitive styles while maintaining strong team performance?

    • What changes in team practices, communication, and expectations can help neurodivergent professionals contribute at their full potential?
